I simply feel that ur an idiot, one of the narrow minded fools on pinkbike. 29ers, are great bikes, they have there benefits and there draw backs, just as a 26 inch wheeled bike does, why do u think the 24inch wheel size has all but disappeared, because the bigger wheels just worked better. I dont think that they will take over, I still love 26 inch wheels. but innovation and refinement of our sports tools will only help to improve everyones enjoyment. If u dont wanna try something new, thats up to u. just wait next year there will be another new product out u can hate as well. 29ers are growing in popularity all the time, because they do perform better in a lot of ways. Every year they get better, the wheels get stronger and lighter, the geo is tweaked to make them handle better and more tire options come available. U dont have to ride one u dont even have to like them, but when u get passed on the trail just keep ur mouth shut. And lastly, CG is the man, he just proved that 29ers can do DH riding.
